AMI Healthcare requires a Project Manager with experience in project implementation from design, through construction and commissioning for a new healthcare project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a professional with experience in international healthcare projects and experience and knowledge of international healthcare standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise with architect, construction and management
- Develop and implement commissioning plan that includes all phases from design, construction and commissioning
- Ensure all design, layout and facility requirements are met
- Manage commissioning control plan
- Ensure all policies addressing the detailed operation of the facility and departments are in place
- Ensure all equipment, procurement and ICT plans are met
- Ensure outsourcing activities are undertaken
- Ensure all operation and financial structures are in place
- Ensure corporate services, communications, PR systems and accreditations are in place
- Ensure proper licensing procedures for facility at all levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare project management or equivalent
- Master’s degree preferred
- Previous international experience strongly preferred
- Strong background in establishing / ensuring the readiness of services in a healthcare environment
- Previous experience with ambulatory services implementation
- Previous experience within a startup / commissioning environment would be an advantage
